Rossella is expanding, and we are opening a brand new site in Muswell Hill. Building on the success of our Kentish Town restaurant, voted in the Top 10 Italian restaurants in London by OpenTable and ranked in the Top 200 on Tripadvisor, we are looking for a strong, fast and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen from the start of this exciting new chapter. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a brand new kitchen within an established and growing business, working with a close knit, motivated team using quality Italian ingredients, including products from our family vineyard in Italy. We are looking for a hands-on Head Chef who can lead from the front, set standards, and build a high-performing team. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from prep through to service, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency at all times. You will work closely with the management team on menu development, cost control, training and maintaining a strong kitchen culture. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior role (Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up) is required.
