Location: London, Kings Cross
Position: Full time, 40 hours per week
Rate of pay: £13 per hour
The candidate must have experience with busy sushi kitchens and omakase serving and interacting with guests. Must be proficient in Nigiri, Maki, Temaki and basic kitchen prep and production.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a similarly high end, high volume kitchen, as well as, previous experience preparing sushi and sashimi of the highest quality.
· Excellent knife skills
· Experience standardizing recipes, fish prep and purchasing
· Flexibility to work lunch, dinner and weekends a must
· Maintain organization and exemplary cleanliness workstations according to Health standards
· Sushi Chefs must possess excellent guest service and comfort interacting with guests
