About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and processing consumable orders via phone and email. Your ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide accurate and supportive responses will be key to ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You'll log and document every interaction, ensuring compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all relevant regulatory requirements.
