So, if you’re ready for a role that offers a clear career path and a supportive environment that rewards your accuracy, apply now!\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Create and send accurate invoices for completed jobs using standard company templates.\n * Ensure all invoices include specific requirements, such as correct billing addresses and verified Purchase Orders (POs).\n * Manage credit notes and ensure all valuation-based invoices match customer orders exactly.\n * Handle scheduled recurring invoices and proactively chase missing POs to prevent delays.\n * Work with Account Managers to resolve complex billing queries and provide status updates on older accounts.\n * Act as the point of contact for billing disputes, resolving them quickly to maintain customer trust.\n * Assist the team with "attrition actions", adjusting recurring bills, re-raising invoices, or issuing credits when needed.\nThe successful candidate will have:\n * A background working within a Finance team, with a genuine desire to develop your career and a view to pursuing an AAT qualification.\n * Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure "right first time" results.\n * Confidence using billing/finance systems and proficiency in Excel or similar data tools.\n * A proven ability to manage a busy workload, stay organised, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.\n * The confidence to identify issues early and the judgment to resolve or escalate them effectively.\nBenefits:\n * 9 Day working fortnight\n * 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays\n * Salary sacrifice pension scheme\n * Wellness & Employee Assistance Programme\n * 24 Hour GP and mental health care support\n * Continuous professional development\n * Annual company day\n*Due to the high volume of interest we receive for each vacancy, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
