If you're committed to ensuring that change is understood, adopted, and sustained, we want to hear from you!\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nBuild and articulate compelling cases for change in collaboration with programme teams and leaders.\nLay the groundwork for effective change by assessing readiness and identifying risks, dependencies, and enablers.\nProvide assurance on change readiness to programmes and sponsors, highlighting gaps and necessary actions.\nCollaborate with leaders to ensure alignment, sponsorship, and role-modelling.\nAnticipate and manage resistance to change through insightful engagement.\nDesign and deliver engagement and adoption plans that support sustained change.\nCreate clear, multi-channel communications ensuring messages are relevant and meaningful.\nTrack adoption and success measures, taking action to mitigate risks.\nEnsure that change translates into improved customer and colleague experiences. \n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nStrong experience in delivering major organisational change programmes, ideally across complex environments.\nDeep understanding of change management theory, with a proven ability to apply it pragmatically.\nExceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with senior leaders.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to work at pace while focusing on outcomes and sustainability. \n\nBonus Skills:\n\nPractical knowledge of APM, PROSCI & ADKAR methodologies.\nExperience with large-scale transformation or digital programmes.\nFamiliarity with adoption metrics and behavioural KPIs.\nExperience in regulated or customer-focused environments. \n\nOur Values:\nWe live by our core values: Smart, Driven, Caring, and Inclusive.
