About the RoleIn this hands-on position, you will take charge of site infrastructure and facilities, ensuring a compliant and well-managed environment that keeps production flowing smoothly. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Site Infrastructure • Oversee the maintenance of site facilities, including buildings, utilities, and outdoor areas., • Ensure all infrastructure is safe, functional, and compliant with statutory regulations., • Plan and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and improvements as needed., • Coordinate activities with external contractors and service providers., • Manage service contracts, ensuring performance meets and exceeds expectations., • Ensure contractor work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards., • Ensure timely completion of all statutory and safety-critical inspections., • Maintain meticulous records that are audit-ready at all times., • Support safety initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance audits., • Raise, manage, and close facilities-related work orders efficiently., • Monitor backlog, response times, and completion rates to drive performance., • Track facilities KPIs and proactively report any issues., • Liaise daily with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations., • Communicate facilities issues clearly and professionally to all stakeholders., • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site.
