We're looking for a motivated professional who is dedicated to ensuring health and safety, whilst delivering exceptional service in the property sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRisk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks impacting health, safety, and welfare for all stakeholders.\nCompliance Assurance: Coordinate and validate data to ensure compliance across domestic and commercial properties.\nPerformance Monitoring: Drive performance to achieve 100% compliance against targets and manage contractor performance effectively.\nTechnical Guidance: Provide expert advice to management teams regarding property compliance and oversee the engagement of technical consultants when needed.\nDocumentation Management: Prepare specifications, service level agreements, and tender documents in line with best practices. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience: A minimum of 3 years in property services, preferably within care or social housing sectors.\nTechnical Knowledge - Strong Understanding of property compliance related to landlord duties, regulatory, statutory, and legislative requirements.\nCompliance - 6 P's in property - Gas/electric/asbestos/water/building safety and related\nContract Management: Proven experience in managing contractor performance and delivering positive outcomes.\nAble to drive and access to a car.Qualifications:\n\nA relevant technical / trade qualification in construction and building services (e.g. ONC/HNC/ HND in building services or equivalent)\nCity & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessments and water management certificate or willing to work towards\nHealth and Safety qualification IOSH / NEBOSH General / NEBOSH Fire or willing to work towards\nQualification to NVQ level 3 or City & Guild equivalent in plumbing and heating, gas or electrical installationEssential Skills:\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.\nExperience in the housing environment - especially care homes, or elderly audience\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze performance data and produce meaningful reports.\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. \n\nWhy Join Us?\n\n£56,000 plus £5,000 car allowance \n28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and an option to buy annual leave (pro-rota for part time).\nFlexible and hybrid work\nBusiness mileage\nPension scheme -generous contribution\nFree DBS checks and uniform\nConfidential counselling, family support, and access to our hardship fund\nFlexible options to buy or sell annual leave, plus family-friendly policies\nDiscounts through the Blue Light Card, Health Service Discounts, and the Vivup app\nA full induction, ongoing training, recognised qualifications, and clear career progression\nLong service awards to celebrate your contribution \n\nCritical Illness Insurance and life assurance for contracted hours colleagues\n\nJoin us in our mission to uphold the highest standards in property compliance!
