Our operation is backed up by our new high-tech Head Office and Distribution centre operating out of Dagenham. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Childsplay Clothing Team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Merchandising Admin Assistant to support the team. We sell the top luxury brands for Children’s Clothing and Accessories; in this role you will gain experience with internationally recognised Luxury and Premium Brands across clothing, footwear and accessories. ** Duties and Responsibilities** · Produce reports for the team – Taking ownership of Monday Morning reporting · Ability to notice and rectify errors · Maximise sales opportunities e.g., take something off promo if doing well · Produce best sellers’ reports and Monitoring Sales · Analyse sales and stock reports and make suggestions · Update on key sales info for meetings · Monthly sell through reports for suppliers · Produce sell through reports for meetings – keep on top of the calender · Assisting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks · Working alongside BAA in setting up seasonal Range Plan’s ** Qualifications, Skills or Experience Required** · The ideal Candidate will have; · Knowledge of retail environments and an understanding of Merchandising · Strong attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate · Good problem-solving skills · Passion for numbers, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel · Demonstrate Market awareness including competitor activity · Organised and proactive with an ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail · Awareness of Brand Values · Time Management skills
