White Horse Employment are excited to be partnering exclusively with ___, a fast-growing and dynamic new entrant within the motorsport and specialist tyre industry, to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for their UK headquarters in Westbury. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused role and wants to be at the heart of a business that’s scaling quickly. You’ll be supporting Nova’s international dealer network, managing orders end-to-end, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate account admin, and delivering top-tier customer service to a global client base. You’ll be joining a supportive, passionate and ambitious team, where every day brings something different. It’s a great chance to broaden your skills across customer service, administration, logistics coordination and account management whilst contributing to Nova’s exciting growth plans. What you’ll be doing: ✓ Managing accounts for global motorsport tyre dealers ✓ Processing orders + handling customer enquiries ✓ Coordinating UK & international shipments ✓ Maintaining pricing files + accurate documentation ✓ Planning stock for key customers/championships ✓ Creating invoices, credit notes & transport paperwork ✓ Working cross-functionally to resolve issues fast What you’ll bring: ✓ Customer service / admin experience (ideal, not essential) ✓ Confident communicator with a warm, professional style ✓ Strong organisation + attention to detail ✓ Solid IT skills (MS Office) ✓ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure What you’ll get: ✨ £30–34k salary ✨ Supportive, dynamic team culture ✨ Real progression & development ✨ A role where your impact is genuinely felt Location Westbury On-site 5 days a week Please note: Any CVs sent directly to Nova Motorsport will be forwarded to White Horse Employment and treated as introductions under our agreement
