Overview Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Influencer Executive to join a dynamic, fast-growing DTC wellness company. This role offers the chance to support a rapidly scaling paid influencer programme, contributing directly to growth targets and helping the brand surpass ambitious ad spend goals. You’ll be working in one of the most exciting areas of performance marketing, building strong creator relationships and ensuring paid partnerships deliver impact. Role The Influencer Executive will work closely with the Influencer Manager to deliver seamless paid influencer and affiliate campaigns, with a strong focus on micro-level partnerships and whitelisting. You’ll play an integral role in managing the day-to-day of contracts, approvals, reporting, and relationship building, while ensuring paid collaborations run smoothly and effectively. This role is central to unlocking further growth: by managing micro and affiliate activity, you’ll enable the Influencer Manager to focus on scaling macro and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities • Paid Campaign Delivery: Support the smooth delivery of paid influencer and affiliate campaigns, preparing and tracking contracts, briefs, deliverables, and budgets., • Micro-Level Partnerships: Take ownership of micro and affiliate deals, managing end-to-end activity including content approvals, contracts, and reporting., • Whitelisting & Boosting: Secure permissions so influencer content can be used as ads (appearing from the creator’s own profile). This is especially important at the micro level, where you’ll ensure assets are ready to be scaled effectively by the paid social team., • Talent Discovery & Relationships: Identify new micro-influencer and affiliate opportunities, work directly with talent, managers, and agents, and nurture strong, reliable partnerships., • Content & Creative Support: Set up links, discount codes, and tracking tools; ensure paid content is delivered on time and whitelisted correctly; prepare recaps and performance reports., • Growth & Development: Contribute insights to optimise the influencer strategy, stay up to date with competitor activity and platform changes, and build confidence to manage larger campaigns over time. Requirements • 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, paid social, talent management, or similar., • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness., • Confident liaising directly with influencers, agents, and managers., • Comfortable handling contracts, budgets, and admin-heavy work., • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow into managing larger deals., • Interest in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
