LQA is in a significant phase of growth, growing by over 30% year-on-year with no signs of slowing Overview of the Role As Brand Designer, you will be at the heart of our visual communications in a high-energy, growth-focused environment where agility and creativity drive success. You'll support the creation of impactful design assets, collaborate with teams across all brands, and ensure every piece of collateral reflects the highest standards of brand consistency, all while keeping pace with our rapid business expansion. Key Duties Maintaining Brand Consistency Across Multiple Brands • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards across LQA, Upfront, myLQA, ACADEMY by LQA, and LQA Charity & Education., • Develop and refine brand assets to support evolving business objectives across the LQA Group portfolio., • Create comprehensive brand asset libraries that teams can easily access and use for each brand., • Monitor brand application across all touchpoints to maintain visual integrity throughout the group. Creating High-Impact Design Solutions • Design professional Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and downloadable PDFs., • Develop compelling commercial proposals that support sales efforts., • Create engaging company presentations for internal and external stakeholders., • Design marketing collateral including one-pagers, flyers, and promotional materials., • Produce customer onboarding materials and support documentation that enhance user experience. Empowering Teams with Self-Service Design Tools • Develop PowerPoint and Word templates that enable teams to create on-brand documentation independently., • Create user-friendly template libraries with clear guidelines for self-service design needs., • Provide training and support to teams using self-service templates., • Gather feedback and iterate on template designs to improve usability and adoption. Collaborating with Stakeholders to Deliver Excellence • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams across all brands., • Attend meetings to capture design requirements and translate them into visual solutions., • Coordinate with external vendors and print suppliers to ensure quality production., • Review and present deliverables for stakeholder sign-off while maintaining project momentum. Managing Design Operations in a Growth Environment • Maintain organised file systems and brand asset libraries for easy access across our expanding organisation., • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in our fast-paced environment., • Keep design assets well-structured, properly labelled, and version-controlled to support rapid scaling., • Ensure all design work meets print and digital specifications while maintaining momentum on growth initiatives. Key Skills and Attributes to Succeed • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Studio, • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for template creation., • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems., • Proven experience in both digital and physical print design to fully support our comprehensive needs., • Knowledge of print production processes, specifications, and digital file optimisation., • Experience creating materials across multiple platforms including web, print, and presentation formats., • Proficient in using AI tools and techniques to solve problems Attributes: • Excellent attention to detail with an eye for visual consistency in a fast-moving environment., • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple brands during rapid growth., • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities., • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills who thrives in high-energy environments., • Adaptable and able to switch between different brand styles efficiently while maintaining pace., • Problem-solving mindset to address design challenges and maintain quality standards under pressure., • Excited by growth opportunities and energised by working in a dynamic, scaling organisation.
