Facilities and Office Services Coordinator – Prestigious Law Firm (Central London) Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Hours: Monday - Friday (full-time) Contract Type: Permanent A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities and Office Services Coordinator to join their London office. Representing a firm known for its excellence, innovation, and collaborative culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the Facilities & Office Services Manager and the Head of Facilities in delivering first-class operational support across the business. The Role As Facilities and Office Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the London office, supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across facilities, office services, health & safety, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities • Assist in managing facilities functions including maintenance, lighting, air-conditioning and security., • Support office moves and setups, ensuring readiness for new joiners and internal relocations., • Help maintain high housekeeping standards and oversee confidential waste disposal and recycling., • Coordinate meeting room setups and ensure office equipment is maintained., • Support office services including mail distribution, printing/scanning, courier bookings, and resource stocking., • Assist with vendor invoice processing and contract monitoring., • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan., • Support building security protocols and access pass management., • Assist with health & safety compliance, including fire safety, first aid, workstation assessments, and accident reporting., • Participate in special projects, including the planned office relocation. About You • Previous experience in a law firm environment, • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH) is highly desirable., • Strong operational awareness and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels., • Calm under pressure, with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills., • A collaborative team player with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
