London based commercial furniture specialists, are looking for a highly organised, numerate and ambitious individual to work as a sales focussed Project Manager. Job Specification We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager with strong sales skills to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects for both UK-based and international clients, with a particular focus on our rapidly expanding US market. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Candidates must have a good attitude, excellent numeracy skills, polite phone manner, IT skills, careful attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Although this position is office based, it is encouraged to meet with clients on site, at their premises or inviting clients into the showroom. There is access to our database of over 17,000 accounts including live projects ready to progress and convert to sale. Job General Duties: · Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients · Overseeing projects across the US to ensure smooth execution & alignment with project objectives · Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenues · Responding promptly to new enquiries converting leads into opportunities · Accurately calculating costs, generating quotes & negotiating pricing when required · Liaising with suppliers and in-house production team throughout the sales process · Maintaining and updating relevant information our CRM system · Creating and pitching presentations to current and potential new clients · Working closely with clients to resolve any pre- or post-delivery issues · Attending trade events and Lunch & Learns to consistently build product knowledge Skills/Experience required · Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management · Strong communication skills – spoken & written · Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail · Exceptional numeracy skills · IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel & Outlook · Good CRM experience · Previous admin work experience is essential – ideally for a commercial company · Ability to multitask and ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure · Negotiation and relationship-building skills · Initiative and the ability to ‘make things happen’ · Punctual, reliable and adaptable START DATE Mid-November 2025 WHAT WE OFFER · Salary OTE £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience · Great prospects in a fast-growing company · Working hours 9-5:30 Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch break. · Friendly team with an office dog · Team nights out when company hits target Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position located above our modern furniture showroom in the heart of Greenwich, London (SE10).
