You will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to deliver high-impact training and identify evolving training needs across the network. Key Responsibilities: • Support with the design and delivery of a comprehensive new starter training suite; conduct on-site induction training for existing and newly appointed dealerships, • Deliver both face-to-face and virtual classroom training as part of the sales accreditation pathway, • Provide engaging and informative training during new product launch events, • Support the creation of engaging and effective training content in collaboration with the Retailer Training Manager, including eLearning modules and classroom materials, • Provide intensive on-site training on the sales process, customer experience, and mystery shop performance to focus sites across the UK, • Deliver bespoke, ad-hoc training – both in person and online – to support evolving business objectives (e.g., app enrolment or process rollouts), • Work closely with the Retailer Training Manager and Regional Sales Managers to identify underperforming or new focus retailers and develop tailored training interventions, • Participate in special projects and training initiatives as required by the business Requirements: • Proven experience in sales training within the automotive industry (OEM or retail side), • Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, including sales processes and customer satisfaction metrics, • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of learning styles, • Ability to travel extensively across the UK (field-based role, approx. 3-4 days per week on the road), • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider training and field team, • Confident using digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, MS Office), • A full UK driving license is essential
