This is an exciting opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. As a Refrigeration Engineer, you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for conducting inspections, maintenance, repair, and servicing of customers’ fleets. Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm (with one weekend in five) • Service and repair of all makes and models of transport refrigeration units including Carrier Transicold., • Installation of transport refrigeration units including trailer, truck and light commercial vehicle units., • Electrical, electronic, mechanical and refrigeration fault diagnosis and repair., • Able to work sufficiently and effectively remotely on busy customer premises away from workshop environment., • Able to be part of a call out rota to cover out-of-hours breakdowns., • Support workshops team members including Apprentice Engineers as required., • Accurately record time and parts to complete jobs and associated details on mobile application., • Ensuring a first‑time fix on all repairs where possible., • Manage van stock to ensure correct parts are always carried., • Ad‑hoc duties as required., • Health and safety at work and workshop cleanliness is of paramount importance., • F‑Gas C&G 2079‑11, • Valid UK driving licence as using company service vehicle., • Working remotely and traveling to customer premises for the majority of work., • Installation experience of transport refrigeration units., • Experience working in this role/a similar role., • Excellent customer service mindset., • Great communication skills., • Ability to work quickly and effectively., • Must be hardworking and self‑motivated and a productive Engineer., • Ability to tackle all aspects of repair and servicing transport refrigeration units., • Diagnostics skills/qualifications – desirable., • Fleet experience., • Opportunity to join a growing organisation., • £1000 refer a friend scheme., • Retail discounts., • Cycle to Work Scheme., • Medical benefits., • Life assurance., • 24/7 employee support service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
