You’ll work on meaningful projects that help build the UK best network, all while developing your confidence, capability and skills. \n About the role: \n You’ll join our Managed Engineering Services (MES) team which sits at the heart of VodafoneThree’s technical excellence, delivering hands‑on engineering expertise, proactive network management, and end‑to‑end service assurance for some of our most strategic enterprise customers. \n As a Networking Engineering apprentice, you’ll support VodafoneThree’s delivery of cutting‑edge telecoms infrastructure across the SPEN (Scottish Power Energy Networks) estate. \n Responsibilities: \n\n • Install, maintain, and fix vital telecoms systems that keep SPEN’s substations and networks running safely and reliably.\n, • Handle fibre, copper, RF and IP-based communication systems confidently.\n, • Support planned works, manage reactive faults, and respond to emergencies.\n, • Complete configuration, testing, and documentation to a high standard.\n, • Work as one team with site leads, our Network Operations Centre, Project Managers, and contractors.\n, • Lead with safety, permits and electrical procedures followed every time.\n, • You enjoy figuring things out, whether that’s solving problems or learning new technical skills.\n
