About Culted : CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us reach over 750 Million people in 2024. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Senior Creative to join our team on a full-time basis. Core tasks and duties : • Lead the creation and development of original, compelling design concepts across a variety of formats alongside translating strategic objectives and creative briefs into visually engaging, commercially effective designs., • Play a central role in brainstorming sessions, helping generate fresh, innovative ideas for client work, brand campaigns, product launches, or editorial features., • Deliver high-quality design assets from early-stage concepts through to polished, production-ready files., • Maintain a strong grasp of visual storytelling—layout, typography, image use, and brand tone across various touchpoints, applying exceptional attention to detail and consistency in all aspects of execution, including typesetting, proofing, file prep, and artwork delivery., • Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is on-brand, on-brief, and on-time. Stay on top of deadlines and juggle workload effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Participate in creative reviews and offer clear, constructive feedback to ensure alignment and design quality., • Collaborate with strategy and account teams to interpret client needs and campaign objectives., • Respond to client feedback with maturity and flexibility, revising work as needed while preserving creative integrity., • Share best practices, new tools, or emerging design trends with the team to support collective growth and innovation., • Ensure all final deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and usage requirements (social, digital, or responsive web)., • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs—supporting the rollout of new visual identities or refreshes when necessary. The successful candidate : • 5–7 + years of experience in agency or publishing (some senior roles expect 7+) with relevant portfolio., • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere); experience with After Effects is a plus. Knowledge of Pitch / Keynote especially for pitch design., • Proven ability to ideate concepts and deliver polished designs for multi‑channel campaigns., • Excellent presentation, communication, and client‑management skills, • Keen design sensibility—typography, layout, color, composition—with great attention to detail., • Comfortable leading own workload, managing priorities, and delivering to tight deadlines., • Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, emerging designers, creatives and talent, • Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok and understand how to use these social platforms for commercial purposes, • Will have a positive and solution-first attitude, • Will have a creative vision which is malleable to CULTED’s image and clients’ needs, • Is aware of/has contacts with relevant and on-brand talent and creators, • Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity and will be able to protect the brand’s image on social media, • Has professional mannerisms to deal with talent, clients, vendors and contractors Skills : • Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment under high pressure, • Can make critical decisions regarding budgets, targets, etc., • Can manage resources and oversee finances to ensure that the project progress is on time and budget, • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships, • Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes, • Outstanding skills in Adobe, Premiere Pro, etc., • Outstanding organisational skills, • Confidence in taking control of a creative project, • Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas, • Well-developed time management skills, • Creative and innovative thinker, • Well developed project management and art direction skills
