Senior Design Engineer – Advanced Electronic Systems Location: Gloucestershire | Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £Competitive depending on experience Design. Own. Deliver. Role Overview – Strategic Technical Lead This is not a support role. You will act as a technical authority, leading complex hardware and system-level designs from concept through qualification. You’ll own programmes end-to-end, mentor engineers, and directly influence how mission-critical systems are architected, validated, and delivered.
