Whether hosting unforgettable studio tours or creating optimal workspaces, our teams lay the foundation for memorable experiences. \n\nYour New Role\n As a vital member of our team, you’ll support the Studio Operations Coordinator, Manager, and the wider team to ensure smooth and safe operations while delivering exceptional service across the site. This hands-on position involves: \n\n\n • Engaging in day-to-day operations that support our clients and production teams.\n, • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing tasks independently.\n, • Staying active and involved—this isn’t a desk job!\n\n\n This role is primarily manual handling and can be physically demanding. You’ll be lifting, carrying, moving, loading, and unloading furniture and equipment regularly. If you’re comfortable with consistent physical work, this is the perfect fit for you! \n\nYour Role Accountabilities\n\n • Deliver, arrange, remove, and track furniture for clients, ensuring the protection of Warner Bros. assets.\n, • Occasionally work offsite to deliver and install furniture and collect items from suppliers.\n, • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.\n, • Perform snow and ice clearance when required.\n, • Adhere to all Warner Bros. site, Health & Safety, and waste policies.\n, • Regularly inspect and maintain department vehicles for safety.\n, • Communicate with clients regarding job requests and updates.\n, • Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.\n\n\nQualifications & Experiences\n\n, • Previous experience in a physically demanding, manual handling, or labor-intensive role (e.g., furniture removals, facilities, logistics, warehouse).\n, • Full UK driving license with experience driving vans.\n, • Proficiency with technology and various software packages, such as I-Auditor, Planon, and Microsoft Office.\n, • Experience in a customer service environment.\n\n\nWorking Conditions\n This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the workplace.
