The Role We are seeking an experienced International Cash Manager to play a key role in establishing and managing Outcomes First Group’s international cash and treasury infrastructure as the business continues to expand globally. You will be responsible for ensuring robust international banking structures, effective foreign currency management, and clear visibility of cash flows across new and existing markets. Working closely with finance and operational teams, you will help maintain liquidity, support international growth, and ensure the efficient and compliant management of funds across borders. Key Responsibilities • Set up and manage international banking arrangements, including opening and maintaining bank accounts in new jurisdictions., • Support the development and execution of international cash and liquidity management strategies., • Monitor currency exposures and assess payment requirements to ensure appropriate foreign exchange coverage and hedging, where required., • Work closely with local and international finance teams to build and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts., • Ensure daily cash positioning is accurate, visible, and aligned with operational needs across multiple currencies and legal entities., • Support intercompany funding flows and cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements., • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with OFG’s strategic objectives., • Collaborate on international expansion projects, ensuring treasury infrastructure is in place to support operational go-live., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international banking regulations, local treasury requirements, and market best practice., • Promote treasury awareness and compliance across the wider finance and operational teams. Experience & Skills Essential: • Experience in international treasury, corporate cash management, or a related finance role within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment., • Strong working knowledge of international banking systems, payment practices, and foreign exchange risk management., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively., • Hands-on experience setting up banking operations in new countries., • Experience working with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP systems., • ACT qualification (e.g. Certificate in International Cash Management) or willingness to undertake this training., • Language skills, particularly Arabic or Spanish; Italian and German would also be advantageous. JOB DESCRIPTION The Guinness Partnership is looking to recruit an Anti-Social Behaviour and Legal Officer to join a busy, thriving team where flexibility and a hard-working attitude will be key. This is a desk-based role to join our Safe Neighbourhoods and Support Service based in Oldham on a full-time, permanent basis. We are currently working to a hybrid working style. As such, it is a requirement for candidates to be able to work some days from the office. You will manage and investigate a caseload of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), legal and fraud cases covering a national geographical area. This will involve early intervention remedies as well as taking legal action, determining tenancy breaches, investigating, and taking action against any tenancy fraud. The successful candidate will work closely with residents and perpetrators of ASB. You will also prepare legal cases which include drafting effective witness statements and court applications for possession, injunctions, Access etc. You will work closely with our field-based Safer Neighbourhoods Officers. Applicants must have a background in housing and a strong working knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation, including ASB injunctions and possession proceedings. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage complex cases from day one, with minimal supervision, and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: To manage a volume of routine/complex cases. To carry out thorough and effective investigations into reports of ASB, Fraud and Tenancy Breaches. To adopt a victim-centred approach when investigating ASB. Identify vulnerability at the earliest opportunities. Provide a high level of customer service in line with Guinnesss Customer Service Standards. Take ownership of allocated cases in accordance with Guinnesss policies and procedures. Prepare Court applications, including injunctions and NOSPs to achieve positive outcomes. Liaise with stakeholders and external partner agencies to effectively utilise the tools and powers. Work together with other team members to innovate and deliver right-first-time services. Be proactive and responsive to the communities we serve. Skills and Experience Essential: Good knowledge of relevant legislation and current ASB best practice. Good attention to detail, maintaining accurate records within agreed service levels and targets. Displaying excellent case management. Able to prioritise to meet changing demands. Self-motivated with the ability to plan and work effectively within a high level of supervision. Excellent oral and written communications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Able to demonstrate Guinness behavioural competencies. Desirable: Proven experience of building relationships with external agencies. Experience of compiling witness statements and/or court applications.
