Some practical barista experience is required. Limited experience is fine if you are open to training, respond well to feedback and care about making drinks consistently. The role includes preparing espresso drinks, tea, matcha and cold drinks; milk texturing; setting up and cleaning the coffee station; taking orders; managing stock; and supporting the front-of-house team during busy brunch service. The rota runs Monday-Sunday and weekend availability is required. Pay is £13.25-£14 per hour depending on practical experience and capability.
