About the Role • Team management - Hiring, training, writing rotas (to a budget), leading a shift from the front, • Stock Management - Ordering, Stock rotation, Stock counts, minimising wastage and maintaining quality, • Due Diligence - keeping the highest hygiene standards, maintaining cleaning and cooking records, avoiding cross contamination and overall awareness of food safety and health & safety., • Role Model - Leading by example, taking huge pride in everything you do and taking the time to get the best out of your team.
