The Role As Executive Assistant to the MD, you will act as a trusted right hand, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic organisation, requiring someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support • Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and events across multiple time zones., • Handle confidential correspondence, inbox management and call screening with discretion and professionalism., • Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations and follow-ups as required., • Track and follow up on key action items and strategic initiatives., • Assist in the coordination of offsites and cross-functional projects., • Manage expenses, invoices and other administrative tasks related to the Leeds office., • Support with the organisation of internal events, cultural initiatives, or press engagements as needed., • Build and nurture strong working relationships across the business and with external partners., • Draft and manage high-quality communications on behalf of the MD. Essential Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3 + years experience in an EA or Executive Coordinator role (preferably supporting a MD) within the creative, film, production or entertainment sectors., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills., • Highly proficient with digital tools., • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion., • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently., • Interest in arts, media, publishing, or cultural sectors is a strong plus.
