Role Summary Design and deliver innovative, multi-product lifestyle and gifting ranges, leading projects from concept through to production. Create original artwork and prints that bring fresh, commercially relevant ideas to life across a diverse product portfolio. Act as a key guardian of the brand’s visual identity, translating its handwriting into compelling, customer-facing assets across products, packaging, and seasonal communications. Your work will directly influence the visual proposition, driving customer engagement, supporting sales performance, and strengthening brand integrity and loyalty. Role Responsibilities • Research, design, and develop ranges across multiple categories all year round., • Drive newness and innovation, staying ahead of current and future trends., • Create design packs, CADs, and artworks to achieve high-quality first samples within critical path timelines., • Conduct market and competitor research to maintain strong commercial awareness., • Review ranges with Buyers to ensure choice, balance, and maximise best sellers., • Collaborate with Buyers on product development based on sales and trend insights., • Liaise with suppliers on product details, fabrics, and construction., • Present seasonal ranges and product vision to teams and senior stakeholders., • Travel for inspiration and sourcing trips; attend trade fairs and supplier visits., • Work with tech and responsible sourcing teams to ensure sustainable fabrics and trims., • Collaborate with print and graphics teams to develop unique prints.
