The Role as a Recruitment Consultant Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a recruitment consultant. On a day to day basis you will be doing the following: • Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided, • Writing and publishing adverts, • Headhunting 'A grade’ candidates through various platforms, • Building candidate market maps, • Booking and running candidate meetings, • Using our CRM system for tracking all activities, • Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates, and collecting feedback, • Identifying leads and actioning them, • Lead generation and conversion, • Building relationships with hiring managers, • Establishing your own brand in the market through a variety of mechanisms, • Working towards the monthly targets set out and achieving all objectives and targets agreed with team leader/mentor The company for a Recruitment Consultant We are a specialist recruitment agency, recruiting in the education sector, we have been operating for 16 years.
