Patient-First Sales Consultant (Luxury Dental Sales) £30,000 base | £60,000–£80,000 OTE Leeds | Full Time Office-Based LS11 Working Hours: Monday - Wednesday 10:30am - 8:00pm Thursday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm One Saturday a month 9:00am - 5:00pm At Smile White, we’re redefining what luxury dental care looks and feels like. We’re searching for ambitious, people-centred sales professionals with strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience — individuals who can build genuine trust, guide patients with confidence, and close effectively without hard selling. What You’ll Do • Welcome patients on consultation calls and guide them through their premium smile transformation., • Build rapport using empathy, active listening, and a consultative approach., • Confidently handle objections around price, time, trust, and treatment anxiety., • Ensure every patient is booked with a clinician within 7 days of sign-up., • Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience.
