This is a full-time, on-site role that involves visiting local businesses to introduce and sign them up to host our powerbank rental stations. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building client relationships, maintaining organized sales records, and providing excellent customer service. Duties • Visit local businesses to pitch and sign them up to host our powerbank rental stations, • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing business clients, • Clearly present the benefits of our service — businesses keep 25% commission from rentals, • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals, • Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements, • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and signed agreements, • Support promotional activities and represent the company professionally, • Qualifications, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Confident and outgoing personality — comfortable speaking with business owners face-to-face, • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, • Proven sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets, • Good organizational and time management skills, • Self-motivated and able to work independently, • Experience in field sales, B2B, or a similar role is a plus

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Assistant Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar within a busy UK restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and proven experience in managing bar operations, stock, and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and assist in driving sales through effective management and creativity in our beverage offering. Key Responsibilities: • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth running of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to health & safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations., • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive, professional, and motivated team environment., • Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of service, dealing effectively with guest queries, complaints, and special requests., • Stock & Inventory Control: Manage ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation, keeping accurate records to minimise waste and control costs., • Menu Development: Work with management to create seasonal drink menus, signature cocktails, and upselling opportunities., • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control labour costs, and achieve revenue targets by driving bar sales and optimising profitability., • Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK licensing laws, Challenge 25 policy, and company standards., • Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management team to coordinate events, promotions, and service flow. Skills & Experience Required: • Previous experience as a Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager / Senior Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel in the UK., • Strong leadership and people-management skills., • In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits., • Proven ability to manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Personal Licence Holder (preferred but not essential).
