This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in customer service, and excellent phone etiquette to effectively manage communications and maintain office efficiency. Full job description -Manage day to day running of the post office and convenience Store -Handle all cash and money transactions in an accurate and confidential way -Listen to customer requests and queries and process them in a timely manner -Work as part of a team -Maintain an accurate stock and cash balance at the end of each shift -Stock management including checking, rotating (date checks), ordering and taking deliveries (checking against invoices and delivery notes) -Monitor sales performance and work with staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. -Implement promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. -Prepare daily/weekly summary reports as required -Balance shop cashier till floats and prepare daily cashier report -Carry out a range of post office services including: -processing letters and parcels -pension and benefits transactions -banking and bill payments -car tax and DVLA forms -travel insurance and foreign currency Candidates must be able to demonstrate: -Excellent customer service and the ability to go the extra mile for our customers -A high degree of accuracy in your work -The ability to work under pressure in a busy post office and convenience store environment -Previous experience in handling cash/financial transactions -Honesty and integrity

Client Relationship Management • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and high-value events, ensuring exceptional service delivery., • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of complex and/or multi-site events., • Ensure consistent service standards and client satisfaction across all properties. Operational Excellence • Ensure team follow event planning processes and documentation across primary region, • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and legal requirements., • Collaborate with key stake holders including hotel operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
