The team provide a wide range of legal services to major asset management clients and the funds managed by them, including implementation of complex restructurings, cross-jurisdictional regulatory projects, investment due diligence and day-to-day operational support. They regularly deal with a broad range of fund structures including private equity and hedge funds.
