    Chickenish is looking for an experienced Event and Festival Manager to join our growing team for the 2026 summer season and beyond. Working closely with the owner and core management team, you will oversee festival and event operations from planning through to delivery, ensuring smooth, professional and high-energy service on site. We trade at some of the UK’s leading festivals and events, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands festival logistics, and enjoys leading teams on the ground. We are building a long term team as the company continues to grow, with exciting plans ahead. Key Responsibilities: • Staff rota planning and team coordination, • Strong understanding of food hygiene systems and operational standards, • Stock management, ordering and supplier communication, • Festival setup and pack down, • Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained and ready for future use, • Liaising with CPU and suppliers to manage stock flow, • Communicating with site managers and event organisers, • Overseeing daily opening and closing procedures, • Managing daily cash outs and reporting Requirements: • Proven experience working in festivals or large scale events is essential, • Strong organisational and leadership skills, • Ability to stay calm and solution focused in high pressure environments, • Driving licence preferred What We Offer: • Above average London Living Wage, • Approx. 40 hours per week on average across the summer season, with peak activity from May to September, • A supportive and positive company culture, • A wellbeing strategy being implemented this year, with a focus on team care, • Long term opportunities as we continue expanding our festival presence If you’re passionate about events, great food, and building something exciting with a committed team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do (Hands-On & Varied - No Two Days the Same) • Craft tailored client quotations using our custom Excel tools and Word templates, turning school needs into compelling, accurate proposals, • Guide Italian schools through the full trip-planning journey: prompt, professional, warm communication from first enquiry to happy post trip feedback, • Handle Italian public procurement & compliance expertly (MEPA/Acquisti in Rete PA, ANAC), preparing, uploading, and tracking documents flawlessly to meet strict deadlines, • Orchestrate incoming student groups end-to-end: check-ins, attendance tracking, academic resources, personalised lanyards/certificates, Google Forms setup, travel cards, welcome sessions, and on-site coordination support, • Quality-check freelance teachers: verify certifications, DBS, right-to-work docs before any programme launches, • Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes: update operational databases/files/reports, manage shared inbox, schedule Zooms, and support the founder on ad-hoc priorities, • Occasionally travel within the UK (expenses paid) to build stronger relationships with our teacher network or onboard new talent Who We're Looking For Must-Have Essentials • Native or C1/C2-level fluency in Italian, • Confident professional English (B2–C1 minimum, excellent written/spoken), • Superb organisational skills + razor-sharp attention to detail, • Real comfort with numbers, Excel (formulas, data updates, annual tool reviews), • Thrive under pressure, juggle multiple priorities without losing cool, • Proactive, initiative-driven mindset + genuine eagerness to learn and take ownership, • Humble, collaborative, positive team player who values high standards Nice-to-Haves (Big Advantages) • Any Spanish skills (B1 minimum)?     We're looking for a dynamic new GM to take the reins at our Flagship Restaurant in Westfield White City. If you're a GM with great energy, leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit and looking for a company to stay and grow, you'll thrive in this role. The restaurant fits 100 covers 🪑🪑🪑 We have a strong mix of in house 🍽️ and Deliveroo 🥡 sales. It’s a really vibey site with tons of regulars, we get great footfall from the shopping centre and cinema but we’re also a destination restaurant for locals. About the Role Pay + Contract 🤑 This is a 48h/wk full time contract that requires a mix of opens/closes over 5 days a week. This usually works as 45 hours on shift on the rota and a flexible 3 hours of admin. Whilst you write your own rota, we'll need you to lead from the front and have a presence over all operating hours. The pay is a mix of basic, service charge and annual bonus. Basic (£36k/yr) Service Charge (around £10-12k/yr) based on worked hours, Tronc system Target based Bonus Package (£4k/yr, paid quarterly) + £2.6k pa Deliveroo sales bonus (paid monthly) This means a very achievable annual take home of £50k+ / yr About You ☺️ • Previous GM experience is essential, with at least 2-3 years in a similar sized site location., • Passion for service, people and food. Our burger is insanely good and we're famous for it, but the atmosphere and team are just as important to the guest experience., • Great leadership skills.
