About the Role As Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact throughout all campaign stages., • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution., • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams across account management, digital marketing, creative, PR, and content to deliver exceptional results., • Campaign Strategy: Support Account Directors in developing impactful strategies, bringing your insights and experience to the table., • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement., • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging updates and results to clients., • Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive outcomes. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: • At least 2 years’ experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency., • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines., • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in presenting ideas., • A proactive, solutions-focused approach., • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work., • A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • A genuine passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
