This heavy engineering company is embarking on a large-scale growth & transformation journey, with considerable investment from its parent company. As the company continues to grow and evolve, it is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join their team at their Ellesmere Port site. Working on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 6am – 2pm one week, and then 2 – 10pm, Monday to Friday, you will lead production operations within this specialised manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee shift teams, drive safe, efficient, and high‑quality output while consistently support the team to achieve performance and production targets. This will give you the opportunity to contribute to products and technologies that have far-reaching impact across multiple industries.
