A key part of the role will be managing our international storefronts via Shopify Markets, ensuring localisation and tailored customer experiences across regions. This is a hands-on, mid-level role – perfect for someone with solid ecommerce experience who wants to step up and take real ownership in a fast-paced, creative environment. Skills & Experience • 2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital trading, ideally in fashion or lifestyle., • Hands-on Shopify (or similar platform) experience essential., • Experience managing Shopify Markets or international storefronts highly desirable., • Strong understanding of localisation principles (currency, language, tax/duties, cultural nuances)., • Data-driven mindset with confidence using Google Analytics/Looker/Excel., • Strong commercial awareness – able to react quickly to trading performance., • Understanding of CRO, UX, and SEO principles., • A proactive, hands-on approach – able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment., • Passion for fashion, culture, and the Sisters & Seekers brand. 👖 Industry: A leading womenswear fashion ecommerce company based near Chester. You'll be the Lead Designer in a team of 2 and while prior experience in a Lead role isn't a must have you must be able to show what you can bring to the role.
