Job Description: Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Giver? Then we want you on our team delivering care. As a Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing personal care and support to residents within a care home, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Providing emotional support and companionship.
Playing games, dancing and singing.
Monitoring and recording residents’ health and well-being in care plans.
Assisting with mobility and physical exercises.
Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
A caring and empathetic nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You will need an Enhanced DBS check
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care) are desirable.
