Immediate Start Available We’re looking for a skilled Barber to join our team in Godalming. This is for the second and third seat in our already established, high-end barbershop, where we pride ourselves on making every customer feel special. We focus on building lasting relationships with our clients, and our team thrives on creating a sense of community. You’ll be joining a professional, customer-focused team that values quality, consistency, and exceptional service. Role:
You’ll be providing high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and styling to our clients, ensuring that each visit is a positive and personalised experience. With an emphasis on maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised workspace while providing an outstanding customer experience. Our clients are repeat and new customers who appreciate the care and attention they receive, and we expect the same level of professionalism from our barbers. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to the continued success of the shop. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform haircuts, beard trims, and styling to a professional standard.
• Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and hygienic.
• Stay up to date with the latest barbering trends and techniques.
• Build strong, personalised relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Efficiently manage appointments to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments and perform regular stock taking Who we’re looking for:
• Professional, with a strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well with clients.
• Organised and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-employed or open to working on a self-employed basis.
