Commercial Analyst (Solar, EV) Flexible UK locations with FlexFirst hybrid working Overview Our role in Hive plays a key part in supporting the growth of our Solar, EV and ASHP partnership channel and helping deliver a greener, fairer energy future. The Commercial Analyst is responsible for partner reporting, performance insight. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to understand performance, identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance partner and customer experience while supporting commercial outcomes. This role focusses on strong data and insight focus, supporting decision‑making, process optimisation and performance delivery across the partnership portfolio. About the role * Owning reporting and performance insight across Solar, EV and ASHP partners, including creation of central KPI dashboards * Working with internal teams to bring together customer insight, sales funnel performance and operational data * Providing ad‑hoc analysis and insight for senior stakeholders * Monitoring partner performance against SLAs and agreed targets * Tracking market and competitor trends across Solar, EV and ASHP * Supporting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and trading reviews * Contributing to partner financial planning, forecasting and performance reviews * Working closely with partner management teams to review performance against forecasts * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, propositions and commercial outcomes * Supporting business cases and testing of new offers What we're looking for (min criteria) * Experience as an analyst with a strong, data‑driven commercial focus * Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across data, sales, marketing and finance * Strong analytical capability, with demonstrable experience using Excel and Power BI * Ability to turn data, insight and research into clear recommendations * Comfortable influencing across teams to deliver shared goals * Solid understanding of forecasting and financial analysis * Experience in energy, smart home, retail partnerships or subscription‑based services (desirable)

In this role, you will ensure the business complies with regulatory and corporate resilience requirements by maintaining a robust and forward‑looking resilience agenda. You will oversee all elements of our resilience framework, including business continuity, ransomware processes, and the investigation of data breaches. Location: With our Flexible First working arrangements we empower our colleagues to work in a way that best suits them - meaning location doesn't need to be a barrier. This role can be mostly based at home but you must be flexible to travel as needed to our sites, namely Windsor or Leicester. Key Accountabilities: • Identify, assess, and report on resilience issues across Centrica Business., • Develop and maintain business impact analysis assessments., • Coordinate updates to resilience documentation., • Ensure alignment of business continuity processes across business units and key functions., • Act as the primary point of contact for resilience queries within Centrica Business., • Lead resilience exercises, simulations, and training activities., • Investigate data breaches to ensure timely and compliant resolution in line with GDPR requirements., • Manage Centrica Business data stored within the ransomware vault., • Contribute to group-wide resilience governance forums., • Represent Centrica Business on wider Centrica resilience initiatives, ensuring they are embedded effectively across the organisation., • Extensive experience coordinating resilience programmes and managing incident responses., • Strong understanding of resilience frameworks and related processes., • Knowledge of data protection and information security requirements., • Proven experience rolling out new initiatives effectively., • Ability to identify and quantify risk events and support mitigation planning., • Solid understanding of Business Continuity and practical application within an organisation., • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations and how to apply them in a business context.

To manage and maintain the franchise framework of documents (the 'Franchise System') that define the franchising requirements, including any external accreditations and governance of license renewals and non-compliance of license obligations. This role will include frequent national travel. About the role: • Manage the franchise licence agreements, making amendments as required and ensuring agreements are issued on time, • Manage the licence renewals process, preparing and collating evidence to support renewal / non-renewal, • Ownership of the remedial action process where licence conditions are not met (PILs and Breaches) maintaining accurate records, including corrective action(s) required, timeframe for remediation and monitoring remediation, • Progress remedial actions where appropriate, engaging the relevant legal bodies, • Management of ISO accreditations including audits (internal and franchise) to maintain accreditation, • Management of subscriptions to professional bodies through evaluation of business case for membership, • Owning the Franchise Operations Manual and ongoing maintenance as a key legal document allied to the Franchise Agreement, • Is hyper-aware of changes in the external environment and is able to articulate what those mean for the customer and the team, adapting accordingly, • Enables agility throughout the organisation, • Prioritises decisions based on solving customer problems and improving the customer experience, in cognisance of commercial parameters, • Implements new ways of working that meet customers' needs and promotes customer centricity as a critical value, • Builds diverse capability across the organisation and recognises people who demonstrate critical customer-centric behaviours, • Develops and coaches their people to help them succeed, • Collaborates across boundaries and seeks to understand others to achieve collective goals, • Holds total accountability for their decisions and can defend their prioritiesExperience & Technical Requirements, • QFP, qualified franchise professional, • Proven experience in Legal and Contractual Law, • Extensive experience in franchising, • Experience in a regulated or financial services environment, • Working knowledge of audit, QA, or other compliance functions JBRP1_UKTJ
