The role We're growing quickly, and we're looking for a driven, curious and ambitious graduate to join our team. You'll learn the full recruitment process, from finding top talent to building lasting client relationships. You will: • Complete our structured, proven training programme, • Learn how to manage the full recruitment cycle, end-to-end, • Use best-in-class technology, including Bullhorn, Broadbean and LinkedIn Professional, • Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates What we're looking for We value attitude over experience.
