About the opportunity Graduate Building Surveyor performs a variety of surveying work across a broad range of instructions, with a strong focus on commercial and infrastructure projects, offering excellent exposure on large scale project work. From the outset you'll be supporting experienced surveyors, as the team continues to grow, there will be clear opportunities to step up, take on greater responsibility and progress your career long term within the practice. The incumbent has basic knowledge of concepts, principles, and theories in the subject area or discipline. The person has a general understanding of the role of the team/ department and industry practice and standards. To support the structural team in undertaking supervision of construction works for Government or Private projects. Under supervision, the individual performs basic aspects of surveying assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic surveying principles. Using prescribed methods, under supervision, performs specific tasks for surveying assignments. This structured approach ensures you'll be in the best position to achieve chartered status at the earliest opportunity.
