Join a major infrastructure project in Hampshire and gain hands-on experience managing commercial and contractual activities across exciting civil engineering works. This role is ideal for a QS with some NEC contract experience who is ambitious to grow into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.This opportunity offers 12 years of guaranteed projects in Kent. What Youll DoAs a Quantity Surveyor, youll: • Support commercial management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, • Assist in preparing valuations, applications for payment, and monthly cost reports, • Help manage variations, change control, and extensions of time, • Support subcontractor management and tendering processes, • Provide contractual guidance to project and site teams, • Contribute to effective cost control and financial management throughout the project, • Youll work across site, office, and home, giving you a well-rounded experience of a live infrastructure project.
