Salary between £28,000 - £30,000 with high commission (Depending on experience) Chatham, Kent | Office-based | Full Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week What We're Looking For You don't need years of SDR experience to be succeed here. • Experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound sales, • Confident communicating with others, • Enjoy building relationships and starting conversations, • Motivated by targets and personal success, • Show resilience, drive and a positive attitude, • Want to learn and develop within a commercial environment We also welcome experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, estate agency, telesales, account management or similar customer-facing roles would be highly advantageous. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the tools needed to succeed and progress.
