We are working with a growing, boutique Wealth Management firm based in Kent that is entering an exciting phase of expansion following a recent acquisition and full ownership restructure. \n The business has spent the past two years investing in its people, infrastructure, and proposition, and is now in a strong position to scale. With increasing demand, a growing client base, and a refreshed growth strategy, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planner to support the next stage of development. \n This is a newly created role, not a replacement hire. \n The Opportunity \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner / IFA / Wealth Manager who is motivated by new business and looking to build something long-term within a supportive, high-quality environment. \n The firm offers a strong combination of warm leads, existing client opportunities, and the flexibility for individuals to bring their own clients or introducer relationships if they wish. \n A key differentiator is the level of support available. The business has a dedicated, highly experienced Sales Manager whose sole focus is coaching, mentoring, and developing advisors, alongside a collaborative team culture and strong internal infrastructure. \n Client allocation is structured and phased, ensuring quality of advice and long-term relationship building rather than a high-volume approach. \n Responsibilities \n\n • Build and develop a portfolio of HNW and mass affluent clients\n, • Generate new business through a combination of firm-provided leads, introducer relationships, and self-generated activity\n, • Provide holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions, protection, and mortgages where appropriate\n, • Manage client relationships through high-quality, consultative meetings (typically 1–2 per day)\n, • Develop relationships with professionals, business owners, and London-based commuters\n, • Work closely with paraplanning and administrative teams to deliver strong client outcomes\n, • Engage with ongoing training, coaching, and performance development initiatives\n\n Requirements \n Essential: \n\n • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent)\n, • Experience as a Financial Advisor / IFA / Wealth Manager\n, • Proven ability to generate new business\n, • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills\n, • Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and earnings\n\n Desirable: \n\n • Existing client bank or introducer network\n, • Experience working with HNW clients and business owners\n, • Ambition to build a long-term career within a growing firm\n\n Personal Attributes: \n\n • Motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented\n, • Open to coaching and continuous improvement\n, • Professional and client-focused approach\n, • Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term move\n\n Salary & Benefits \n\n • Employed role with a flexible basic salary (tailored to the individual)\n, • Highly competitive bonus and commission structure\n, • Increased earning potential for those opting for lower basic salaries\n, • Year 1 OTE expected to exceed £100,000\n, • Uncapped earning potential beyond year one\n, • Full paraplanning and administrative support\n, • Combination of in-house and outsourced paraplanning\n, • Ongoing training, coaching, and development\n, • Structured onboarding with gradual client introduction\n\n Working Model \n\n • Location: Kent / South East London\n, • Working pattern: Primarily office-based\n, • Flexibility: Client-led flexibility once established in the role\n, • Environment: Collaborative, professional, and growth-focused\n\n Why Apply? \n This role offers the chance to join a firm that is actively growing, rather than replacing leavers or maintaining the status quo. \n You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, benefit from a steady flow of opportunities, and have the autonomy to build your own client base in a structured and sustainable way. \n It’s particularly well suited to advisors looking to move away from large, national firms into a more personal, boutique environment where they can genuinely shape their long-term career. \n
