Facilities & Office Manager\n \n Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Facilities & Office Manager on behalf of our valued client. This Facilities & Logistics Manager opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Facilities & Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider business, ensuring the smooth running of facilities, logistics operations and administrative functions across the organisation. About the Role\n As Facilities & Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of facilities, supplier contracts, fleet administration and operational support services. Key duties will include: \n\n • Managing facilities contracts including cleaning, air conditioning, waste management, alarm systems, CCTV, fire alarms and water heaters\n, • Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, furniture management and the general upkeep of company premises\n, • Managing insurance renewals, supplier documentation and compliance-related paperwork\n, • Ensuring fire safety equipment is serviced and maintained across office and site locations\n, • Preparing, monitoring and managing the annual facilities budget\n, • Coordinating parking permits and supporting office-based operational requirements\n, • Managing company fleet administration including fuel cards, congestion charges, Dart Charge accounts and parking fines\n, • Supporting vehicle insurance renewals and claims administration\n, • Acting as the primary contact for hotel and rail bookings across the business\n, • Managing company purchasing through Amazon and supporting general business administration\n, • Leading and developing a team of three direct reports, conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews, probation reviews and development planning\n, • Working closely with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and external service providers\n, • Reporting on operational performance, business risks and facilities matters to senior stakeholders\nAbout You\n To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: \n\n • Previous experience in Facilities Management, Office Management, Logistics Management or a similar operational leadership position\n, • Experience managing supplier contracts, budgets and service providers\n, • Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing team members\n, • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities\n, • Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels\n, • Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment\n, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\n, • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail\n, • Experience managing fleet administration, facilities compliance or business operations would be advantageous\nBenefits\n\n, • Competitive salary\n, • Company pension scheme\n, • Annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays\n, • Career progression and professional development opportunities\n, • Supportive and collaborative working environment\n, • Free on-site parking\n, • Employee assistance programme\n, • Long-term stability within a well-established business\n, • Varied and autonomous role with responsibility across multiple operational functions\n, • Opportunity to contribute to business improvements and operational excellence\n\n If you are interested in this Facilities & Office Manager position, please apply today.
