Our Client, a creative full-channel marketing agency in Brighton, is looking for a Campaign Delivery & Operations Manager to support their work across music, arts and entertainment brands. This is an office-based role where strong admin skills and exceptional organisation are absolutely key. What you’ll be doing: • Coordinating campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring print, posters, flyers and OOH activity go out on time, • Managing schedules and organising rotas for two distributors (soft management), • Handling day-to-day admin: tracking budgets, logging spend, approving invoices and maintaining internal systems, • Liaising with suppliers, supporting the Director, and keeping the wider team organised, • Helping refine workflows and assisting with the rollout of a new CRM About you: • Exceptionally organised with strong administrative experience, • Confident managing multiple priorities and keeping on top of detail, • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, • Able to coordinate people and tasks with ease, • Experience in an agency or creative setting is beneficial but not essential, • An interest in music, arts or entertainment is a nice bonus What’s on offer: • A friendly, social team in a Brighton creative workspace, • Exposure to exciting cultural brands across the UK, • Progression into a more senior operations or office management role, • Salary up to £35,000, with an ASAP start If you’re organised to your core and love bringing order to busy, creative environments, this could be the perfect next step.
