Job Description: Contract Manager – Drylining Norwich / Norfolk & Surrounding Areas Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in drylining / interior fit-out to join our growing team. This is a key role overseeing multiple projects across Norwich and the surrounding regions, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple drylining contracts from pre-start through to final account, • Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors, • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, • Prepare and monitor programmes, budgets, and cost forecasts, • Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts, • Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, • Ensure compliance with H&S, quality standards, and company procedures, • Resolve commercial and operational issues proactively Requirements • Proven experience as a Contract Manager within drylining / interior systems, • Strong understanding of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings, SFS, and finishing trades, • Solid commercial awareness and contractual knowledge, • Ability to manage multiple live projects, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • SMSTS / CSCS (preferred), • Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer • Competitive salary (DOE), • Company vehicle or car allowance, • Pension and holiday entitlement, • Long-term opportunity with a growing business, • Supportive management team and career progression
