    Ecoglass Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative to join our team within our Sealed Glass Unit Manufacturing Department. Working as part of our production team, you will play an important role in ensuring our sealed glass units are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Role Your responsibilities will include: • Working on our sealed glass unit manufacturing production lines, • Cutting and assembling spacer bars, • Loading and unloading the glass washer, • Carrying out quality checks at the inspection station, • Operating the sealing robot, • Following production procedures and health & safety guidelines, • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment, • Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets About You No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. However, previous experience within a glass manufacturing, production, or factory environment would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is: • A self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude, • Reliable, hardworking, and committed, • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, • A good communicator with excellent attention to detail, • Calm and focused when working under pressure, • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, • Willing to learn new skills and take on responsibility Working Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm • 15 minute paid break and 30-minute unpaid lunch break, • Full-time, permanent position

The role involves delivering safe, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing. You will travel between service users’ homes and provide support in accordance with individual care plans, risk assessments and agreed outcomes. Main duties and responsibilities • Support service users with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, oral care and continence needs., • Administer or support with medication in accordance with care plans, MAR records, policies and competency requirements., • Assist with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration., • Support safe mobility, transfers and the use of prescribed equipment., • Encourage independence and enable people to complete tasks for themselves wherever possible., • Support service users with shopping, appointments and community activities where required., • Observe and report changes in a person’s physical health, emotional wellbeing, behaviour or circumstances., • Maintain accurate, respectful and contemporaneous electronic care records., • Report safeguarding concerns, incidents, medication errors, missed visits and other risks immediately., • Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including appropriate PPE and hand hygiene., • Maintain people’s privacy, dignity, confidentiality and human rights., • Work collaboratively with families, representatives, healthcare professionals and colleagues., • Attend training, supervision, team meetings, spot checks and competency assessments., • Follow lone-working, health and safety, emergency and on-call procedures., • Complete all scheduled visits punctually and remain for the commissioned duration., • Notify the office immediately of delays, absences or any risk of a visit being missed. Desirable requirements • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care., • Previous domiciliary or community-care experience., • Experience supporting people living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities or long-term health conditions., • Medication-administration experience., • Knowledge of safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act and person-centred care.
