    The role of the chef in our seafood restaurant involves overseeing and managing the kitchen operations with a strong focus on preparing high-quality seafood dishes. Key responsibilities include: Designing and updating the menu with creative, fresh seafood offerings. Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest culinary standards. Overseeing inventory, sourcing fresh seafood ingredients, and controlling food costs. Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in line with health regulations. We are seeking a chef with proven experience in seafood cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence. The working hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 5 PM to 11 PM.
