Were looking for a self-sufficient Chef de Partie to be the beating heart of our new restaurant. We launched as a cafe in January 2024, and weve since grown into an Italian restaurant pitching just below fine-dining standards. We expanded into the neighbouring unit last year and opened a seating area with 35 covers plus a private dining area upstairs. At Otto, were dedicated to using high-quality, where possible, local ingredients and try to find a balance between respecting tradition and introducing new culinary concepts. We open Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00 - 22:30, so with prep beforehand, this role would require roughly 45 hours per week. As a Chef de Partie at Otto you will: Supervise Daily Section Operations: • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities in your designated section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces)., • Ensure efficient food production and timely service within your section, maintaining high standards.
