Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to join their growing Health & Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of construction projects across housing, education, commercial, and public sector portfolios. In this role, you will: • Act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor in line with CDM Regulations 2015., • Provide competent health & safety and risk management advice to clients, designers, and contractors., • Carry out design risk reviews and advise on effective risk mitigation strategies., • Prepare and issue pre-construction information and health & safety files., • Undertake site inspections and audits, reporting findings and providing practical solutions., • A strong understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and construction health & safety., • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) essential., • Membership of APS, IOSH or working towards (desirable)., • Excellent communication and organisational skills., • Competitive starting salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 and benefits package., • Travel or car allowance circa £3,000., • Hybrid working opportunities (3 days in the office per week)., • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays., • Professional membership fees covered., • Company pension scheme., • Private healthcare scheme., • Commitment to training, development, and professional progression., • A collaborative culture where your input makes a real difference.
