What Youll Be Doing As a Support Steward, youll be at the heart of our matchday operation, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for every supporter. Youll: • Work closely with supervisors and the safety team, • Support crowd safety, movement, and flow, • Assist with security, incident response, and emergency procedures, • Monitor spectator areas to prevent overcrowding, • Use radios, tablets, and other matchday technology, • Respond professionally to issues, conflict, or concerns, • Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors, • Uphold ground regulations and safety standards Who Were Looking For Youll thrive in this role if you: • Enjoy working with people, • Stay calm under pressure, • Care about safety and doing the right thing, • Want to gain valuable skills and qualifications, • Are confident in public-facing situations Why Join LCFC?
