Sort and deliver incoming post and parcels with attention to detail. Adhere to all fire safety procedures and assist in the evacuation process in the event of a fire. Carry out administrative tasks and provide support for all departments when required. Ensure front desk areas and back office areas are kept organised and tidy. Liaise and update security teams with any changes or updates, keep communication with security teams during shift. Work alongside the building and cleaning teams to log and follow up on any maintenance or cleaning issues.
